Milagros Maldonado
Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Trauma Specialist | Qualified Supervisor
A dedicated clinician and mentor, Millie is also a Qualified Supervisor, guiding registered interns and emerging therapists as they develop their clinical skills. Her approach blends compassionate care with evidence-based practices, helping individuals heal from trauma, build resilience, and thrive.
Millie’s work reflects a deep commitment to equity, emotional wellness, and empowering others—whether in therapy, supervision, or community leadership.
Erik Silva
Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Qualified Supervisor
His clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, challenges related to sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBTQ+), as well as severe and persistent mental illness.
Erik holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and has extensive experience in both outpatient and community mental health settings. His goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
